Please use the calendar below to book an appointment for NHS Hearing Aid Maintenance, please note these appointments are for essential re-tubing, cleaning and general hearing aid maintenance, if you require our other services please call the office on 01245 496347. Please note for Corda/open fit hearing aids we cannot adjust sizing of the tube or dome, if you require a different fitting please contact your issuing hospital or audiology department.
To book onto a session you will need to be registered with us. You can do this via our website here.

- Red sessions – fully booked
- Orange sessions – spaces available, but it is too late to book online. Please call us on 01245 496347
Click on the session you wish to book for, select a time from the drop down list and enter your details.
(Your date of birth and postcode are used to check that you’re already registered. If you’ve registered, please wait for us contact you before making your first booking as we need to confirm your registration.)
To complete your booking click ‘book’.
You will receive an email to confirm your appointment to the email address you entered. If you don’t have an email address, you can print or save the online confirmation page; we’ll also send you confirmation in the post.
