Deaf Awareness Training

Hearing Help Essex offers Deaf Awareness Training to local companies and organisations. In the past we have trained care staff in residential homes, receptionists in GP surgeries, bank staff, librarians and police officers.

We try to make the training interesting with a mixture of exercises, hands-on sessions and a video. Below is a sample timetable for an organisation that deals with the general public and deaf or hard of hearing people.

Each course is tailored to suit the needs of the organisation. For more information contact the office Monday to Friday 10.00am – 3.00pm. Telephone: 01245 496347 or email us at: info@hearinghelpessex.org.uk
